Spencer upgraded this 1920’s chalet bungalow on behalf of his mother. Her main aims were to create a beautiful, light and practical house, in which to stay warm all year round, to minimize energy use and environmental impact, and to make provision for disabled living, as well as a garden design that facilitates biodiversity.
