Cambridge Housing Society built Richard Newcombe Court extra care housing to Code Level 5, and achieved an EPC ‘A’ rating. They promote sustainability and believe that having a decent home that is also cheaper to run means happier, better off customers, who are more likely to embrace ‘green’ issues when they see the benefit of lower bills.
