Simon and Jan bought their 1950s semi almost 25 years ago, and over the years the list of repairs needed built up. So they decided to go for wholesale renovation and improvement involving replacing an extension and ‘upgrading’ the resulting property, incorporating various ‘green’ features, low energy measures and low maintenance attributes.
