Bill and Valerie’s 1957 semi refurbishment has resulted in a 68% energy efficiency improvement on its standard when built, earning it ‘Old Home Superhome’ status. Of special interest is the exhaust air heat pump providing hot water and heat to the underfloor and Ecovector radiator heating system.
